- Assemble all case components and ensure the waterproofness of the case.
- Perform full service on movements, including dismantling, repairing or replacing broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting.
- Conduct technical repairs and services on multiple brands following established brand guidelines.
- Analyze and determine the appropriate methodology for repairing movements.
- Develop or utilize adequate tools or processes to address issues during the repair process.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain smooth operations, including equipment maintenance and ordering consumables.
- Ensure all customer-required services are completed and the watch is ready for use.
- Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repair.
- Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repair.

Experience in servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.
Watchmaking apprenticeship or Basic Certificate in Watch Repair TAFE course for partial repair.
