1. Perform comprehensive servicing on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing or replacing broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, and conducting rate checks and adjustments.
2. Execute technical repairs and services on Omega Brand watches in accordance with established brand guidelines.
3. Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for movement repair.
4. Utilize or develop suitable tools or processes to address issues encountered during the repair process.
5. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, including equipment maintenance and consumable ordering.
6. Ensure all customer-required services are completed and the watch is ready for use.

1. Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
2. Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.

1. Proficiency in servicing mechanical, quartz, and chronograph watches.
2. Strong team collaboration skills.

Experience in watch repair, including servicing mechanical, quartz, and chronograph movements, with a focus on Omega Brand watches.

Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship or equivalent certification.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000.
