- Perform comprehensive servicing on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing or replacing broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, and conducting rate checks and adjustments.
- Execute technical repairs and services on Omega Brand watches in accordance with established brand guidelines.
- Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for movement repair.
- Utilize or develop suitable tools or processes to address issues encountered during the repair process.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, including equipment maintenance and consumable ordering.
- Ensure all customer-required services are completed and the watch is ready for use.
- Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
- Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.
- Proficiency in servicing mechanical, quartz, and chronograph watches.
- Strong team collaboration skills.

- Enthusiastic and self-motivated disposition.
Experience in watch repair, including servicing mechanical, quartz, and chronograph movements, with a focus on Omega Brand watches.
Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship or equivalent certification.
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000.
