- Perform full service on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting.
- Conduct technical repairs and services on multiple brands in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for movement repairs.
- Develop or utilize tools and processes to address issues during repair.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, including equipment maintenance and ordering consumables.
- Ensure all required services are completed and the watch is ready for customer use.
- Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
- Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.
- Proficiency in servicing basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
Experience in servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.
Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship or equivalent certification.
