Swatch Group Watchmaker

- Perform full service on watch movements, including dismantling, replacement or repair of broken parts, cleaning, reassembly, rate check, and adjustment.
- Conduct technical repairs and services on multiple brands in accordance with established brand guidelines.
- Analyze and determine the appropriate methodology for repairing watch movements.
- Utilize or develop suitable tools or processes to address issues encountered during the repair process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, including equipment maintenance, tool upkeep, and consumable ordering.
- Ensure all required services for the customer are completed and the watch is ready for use.
- Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repair.
- Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repair.
- Proficiency in servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.
- Strong team collaboration skills.

Experience in watch repair and servicing, with a focus on Swatch Group brands.
Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship or Basic Certificate in Watch Repair TAFE course.
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000.
