Swatch Group is a multinational enterprise engaged in the production and sale of finished watches, as well as jewelry, movements, and watch components. The group supplies nearly all components necessary for the manufacture of watches sold by its 16 watch and jewelry brands, along with its two distribution brands.

1. Perform repair, servicing, and casing operations on mechanical, automatic, and chronograph Omega watches received for customer service.
2. Ensure interventions are executed in strict adherence to the brand's technical guidelines, including disassembly, cleaning, assembly, and adjustment.
3. Conduct movement servicing and case reassembly, hand setting, and casing.
4. Inspect and ensure the quality of completed interventions.
5. Identify and list necessary spare parts for interventions when required.
6. Provide support to other technical teams as needed, including diagnostics and polishing.
7. Substitute for the primary polisher during absences such as vacations or training.

1. Minimum of a BMA in Horology.
2. At least 10 years of experience in an after-sales service workshop.
3. Strong experience in polishing with a keen interest in the field.

1. Advanced horological techniques, including servicing and casing of mechanical, automatic, and chronograph watches.
2. Polishing skills.
3. Organizational skills, precision, and speed of execution.

A minimum of 10 years in an after-sales service workshop with expertise in watchmaking and polishing.
