- Perform comprehensive servicing on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting.
- Execute technical repairs and services across multiple brands in accordance with established guidelines.
- Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for movement repairs.
- Develop or utilize tools and processes to resolve issues during the repair process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations, including equipment maintenance and consumable orders.
- Ensure all customer-required services are completed and the watch is ready for wear.
- Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
- Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.
- Proficiency in servicing mechanical, quartz, and chronograph watches.

Experience in servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz, and chronograph movements, is required.
Watchmaking apprenticeship or equivalent certification.
