1. Perform comprehensive servicing on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting.
2. Execute technical repairs and services across multiple brands in accordance with established guidelines.
3. Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for movement repairs.
4. Develop or utilize tools and processes to resolve issues during the repair process.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations, including equipment maintenance and consumable orders.
6. Ensure all customer-required services are completed and the watch is ready for wear.

1. Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
2. Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.

Experience in servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz, and chronograph movements, is required.

Watchmaking apprenticeship or equivalent certification.
