1. Perform partial, exchange, and traditional service on Prestige Brand watches according to brand guidelines and standards.
2. Organize and manage allocated work to meet department Service Level Agreements (SLA).
3. Identify and order necessary spare parts.
4. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and the technical administration team regarding potential issues or delays.
5. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations, including maintaining equipment and tools and ordering consumables.
6. Ensure all required services are completed and the watch is ready for the customer.

1. Experience in servicing a variety of luxury Swiss-made watches, particularly Prestige brands.
