- Perform comprehensive servicing on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing or replacing broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting rates.
- Execute technical repairs and services on multiple brands in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for movement repairs.
- Develop or utilize appropriate tools and processes to address issues during the repair process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations, including maintaining equipment, tools, and ordering consumables.
- Ensure all customer-required services are completed, and the watch is ready for use.
- Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
- Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.
- Proficiency in servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence and customer service.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Experience in watch repair, including servicing mechanical and quartz movements, as well as chronographs.
Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship or equivalent certification.
