1. Perform comprehensive servicing on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing or replacing broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting rates.
2. Execute technical repairs and services on multiple brands in accordance with brand guidelines.
3. Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for movement repairs.
4. Develop or utilize appropriate tools and processes to address issues during the repair process.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations, including maintaining equipment, tools, and ordering consumables.
6. Ensure all customer-required services are completed, and the watch is ready for use.

1. Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
2. Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.

1. Proficiency in servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.
2. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
3. Commitment to excellence and customer service.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment.
5. Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Experience in watch repair, including servicing mechanical and quartz movements, as well as chronographs.

Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship or equivalent certification.
