Swatch Group is an international leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of finished watches, jewelry, watch movements, and components. The company supplies nearly all components required by its 16 watch brands and provides movements and components to third-party watchmakers globally. Swatch Group is also a significant player in the manufacture and sale of electronic systems used in watchmaking and other industries.
- Perform full service on watch movements, including dismantling, replacing or fixing broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, rate checking, and adjustment.
- Conduct technical repair and service on multiple brands according to established guidelines.
- Analyze and decide on the proper methodology to repair movements.
- Use or develop adequate tools or processes to address issues during the repair process.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations, including maintaining equipment and tools and ordering consumables.
- Ensure all required services for the customer are completed and the watch is ready to wear.
- Watchmaking apprenticeship or Basic Certificate in Watch Repair TAFE course for partial repair.
- Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repair.
- Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repair.

Experience in servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.
