- Perform comprehensive servicing on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting.
- Execute technical repairs and services across multiple brands following established brand guidelines.
- Analyze and determine the appropriate methodology for movement repairs.
- Utilize or develop suitable tools and processes to address repair challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, including equipment upkeep and consumable ordering.
- Ensure all customer service requirements are met and the watch is ready for use.
- Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
- Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.
- Proficiency in servicing mechanical, quartz, and chronograph watches.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
- Effective communication skills.

- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated disposition.
Experience in watch repair, including servicing basic mechanical, quartz, and chronograph movements.
Watchmaking apprenticeship or Basic Certificate in Watch Repair TAFE course.
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000.
