- Perform full service on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing or replacing broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting rates.
- Execute technical repairs and services on multiple brands in alignment with established brand guidelines.
- Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for movement repairs.
- Develop or utilize suitable tools and processes to address issues encountered during repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, including equipment maintenance and consumables ordering.
- Ensure all customer-required services are completed and the watch is ready for wear.
- Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
- Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.
- Proficiency in servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.

Experience in watch repairing, with a focus on servicing movements and assembling cases for Swatch Group brands.
Watchmaking apprenticeship or Basic Certificate in Watch Repair TAFE course.
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000.
