1. Perform full service on watch movements, including dismantling, repairing or replacing broken parts, cleaning, reassembling, and adjusting rates.
2. Execute technical repairs and services on multiple brands in alignment with established brand guidelines.
3. Analyze and determine appropriate methodologies for movement repairs.
4. Develop or utilize suitable tools and processes to address issues encountered during repairs.
5. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations, including equipment maintenance and consumables ordering.
6. Ensure all customer-required services are completed and the watch is ready for wear.

1. Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results for complete repairs.
2. Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or completion of a post-apprenticeship course such as WOSTEP for specialist repairs.

1. Proficiency in servicing all types of watches, including basic mechanical, quartz movements, and chronographs.

Experience in watch repairing, with a focus on servicing movements and assembling cases for Swatch Group brands.

Watchmaking apprenticeship or Basic Certificate in Watch Repair TAFE course.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000.
