- Polish stainless steel and precious metal components with precision.
- Utilize felt and various buffs, including lapping, to achieve desired finishes.
- Operate ultrasonic equipment for cleaning purposes.
- Adhere to scheduled completion dates to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and reorder supplies and materials as necessary.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Two years of experience in polishing precious metals and stainless steel preferred.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to deliver high-quality standards in line with brand expectations.
- Strong interest in developing a long-term career with the Swatch Group.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with timepieces is advantageous.
A minimum of two years' experience in polishing precious metals and stainless steel is preferred.
