1. Polish stainless steel and precious metal components with precision.
2. Utilize felt and various buffs, including lapping, to achieve desired finishes.
3. Operate ultrasonic equipment for cleaning purposes.
4. Adhere to scheduled completion dates to ensure timely delivery.
5. Monitor and reorder supplies and materials as necessary.
6. Participate in special projects as required.

1. Two years of experience in polishing precious metals and stainless steel preferred.
2. Impeccable attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to deliver high-quality standards in line with brand expectations.
4. Strong interest in developing a long-term career with the Swatch Group.

1. Excellent manual dexterity.
2. Ability to work well in a team environment.
3. Familiarity with timepieces is advantageous.

A minimum of two years' experience in polishing precious metals and stainless steel is preferred.
