1. Conduct diagnostics to analyze external impacts for warranty and invoice decisions.
2. Define the type of service required and identify necessary spare parts.
3. Perform water resistance, mechanical, and quartz testing.
4. Provide detailed information relevant to the repair process, including general condition reports.
5. Support reception by providing service quotes and quick services while customers wait.
6. Assist with customer pick-ups, ensuring timepieces are wound, set, and checked for date accuracy.
7. Conduct quick services, including visual quality checks and assembly quality assessments.
8. Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled and verify time variance against a reference clock.

1. Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship course or a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

1. Dexterity for safely opening and closing watch case backs.
2. High attention to detail.
3. Effective communication skills within a team environment.
4. Experience in a service industry is preferable.
5. Proficiency in computer skills.
6. A passion for watches.

Experience in watch diagnostics or a related field is preferred, though training is provided for candidates with a willingness to learn and a passion for watches.
