Swatch Group Watch Diagnostics Technician

- Conduct diagnostics to analyze external impacts for warranty and invoice decisions.
- Define the type of service required and identify necessary spare parts.
- Perform water resistance, mechanical, and quartz testing.
- Provide detailed information relevant to the repair process, including general condition reports.
- Support reception by providing service quotes and quick services while customers wait.
- Assist with customer pick-ups, ensuring timepieces are wound, set, and checked for date accuracy.
- Conduct quick services, including visual quality checks and assembly quality assessments.
- Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled and verify time variance against a reference clock.
- Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship course or a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Dexterity for safely opening and closing watch case backs.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills within a team environment.
- Experience in a service industry is preferable.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- A passion for watches.
Experience in watch diagnostics or a related field is preferred, though training is provided for candidates with a willingness to learn and a passion for watches.
