1. Ensure optimal warehouse efficiency
2. Monitor inventory and ensure material availability
3. Control material flows
4. Continuously analyze and improve workflows and processes
5. Manage inventory, including conducting audits and monitoring storage costs
6. Determine and adhere to key warehouse metrics
7. Ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards
8. Lead and motivate staff sustainably, focusing on goals and talent development
9. Empower employees to work independently and proactively

1. Completed training or degree in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including leadership experience

1. Decision-making ability and willingness to take responsibility
2. Strong communication skills and structured work approach
3. Organizational talent with analytical and strategic thinking
4. Experience in project management is advantageous
5. Proficiency in PC, especially MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
6. Good knowledge of SAP
7. Proficiency in English (French is an advantage)

At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, with leadership responsibilities.

Completed training or degree in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.
