1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
2. Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
3. Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

3. Proficiency in training software and tools.
4. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training management role, ideally within the luxury fashion or retail industry.
