1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Tissot staff.
2. Assess training needs and design curricula to enhance employee skills and product knowledge.
3. Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business objectives.
4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
5. Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
6. Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote continuous learning.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
3. Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Proficiency in training software and tools.
3. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
4. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training management role, ideally within the luxury or retail sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
