1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
3. Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

3. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
4. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training management role, ideally within the luxury or retail sectors.
