1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
2. Collaborate with brand managers to ensure training content aligns with brand values and objectives.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
4. Provide ongoing support and coaching to retail teams to ensure consistent application of training.
5. Coordinate with store managers to schedule training sessions and ensure maximum participation.

1. Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of retail operations and sales processes.
3. Ability to design engaging and effective training materials.

3. Proficiency in both Italian and English.
4. Ability to motivate and inspire teams.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role within the luxury retail industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
