- Engage in a comprehensive 2.5-year apprenticeship program covering marketing, e-commerce, and sales support.
- Gain insights into service center operations, including logistics, accounting, and HR support.
- Participate in customer service activities within boutiques and stores.
- Contribute to various training and brand projects, actively shaping themes and content.
- Completion of secondary school with a good record or possession of a general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification.
- Curiosity about the world of luxury watches and interest in digital technologies.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
No prior experience required, but a passion for the luxury watch industry is essential.
