2. Conduct trademark searches and provide strategic advice on trademark registration and protection.
3. Coordinate with external legal counsel for trademark litigation and enforcement actions.
4. Develop and implement design protection strategies in alignment with brand objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations.
6. Prepare and file trademark applications and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
7. Monitor and report on trademark and design trends, providing insights to senior management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or related field.
2. Professional certification in trademark law or intellectual property is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and French; proficiency in German is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in trademark and design management, preferably within the luxury goods or fashion industry.
