1. Manage the trademark and design portfolios of Swatch Group companies.
2. Advise group companies on the protection of their trademarks and designs.
3. Handle the filing, renewal, and analysis of trademark and design portfolios.
4. Conduct availability searches and monitor newly filed trademarks and designs.
5. Process and manage evidence of trademark use.
6. Handle disputes, collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary.
7. Track various procedures and deadlines.
8. Provide instructions to external lawyers.
9. Report to management.
10. Perform various administrative tasks related to portfolio management.

1. Legal expert or specialist in trademark and design law.
2. Several years of experience in trademark and design protection, preferably in an international environment.

1. Native proficiency in French or German with excellent knowledge of the other language.
2. High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Team spirit, loyalty, availability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Precision, autonomy, responsiveness, and analytical thinking.

Several years of experience in trademark and design protection, preferably in an international environment.

Legal expert or specialist in trademark and design law.
