- Manage trademark and design portfolios for Swatch Group companies.
- Advise group companies on the protection of their trademarks and designs.
- File, renew, and analyze trademark and design portfolios.
- Conduct specific trademark searches and monitor newly registered trademarks and designs.
- Process and manage evidence of trademark use.
- Handle disputes, potentially in collaboration with external lawyers.
- Track various procedures and deadlines.
- Instruct external lawyers.
- Report to management.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to portfolio management.
- Legal professional or specialist in trademark and design law.
- Several years of experience in trademark and design law, preferably in an international setting.
- Native proficiency in German or French with excellent knowledge of the other language, and very good English skills (written and spoken).
- Team-oriented, flexible, loyal, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to perform tasks precisely and independently with strong analytical skills.
- Expertise in trademark and design law.

- Multilingual proficiency in German, French, and English.
