1. Manage trademark and design portfolios for Swatch Group companies.
2. Advise subsidiaries on brand and design protection.
3. File, renew, and analyze trademark and design portfolios.
4. Conduct specific trademark searches and monitor newly registered trademarks and designs.
5. Process and manage evidence of trademark use.
6. Handle disputes, potentially collaborating with external legal counsel.
7. Track various legal procedures and deadlines.
8. Instruct external legal counsel.
9. Report to management.
10. Perform various administrative tasks related to portfolio management.

1. Legal expert or specialist in trademark and design law.
2. Several years of professional experience in trademark and design law, preferably in an international setting.
3. Native proficiency in German or French with excellent knowledge of the other language, and very good English skills (written and spoken).
4. Team-oriented, flexible, loyal, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Ability to execute tasks precisely and independently with strong analytical skills.
