1. Oversee daily operations of the shop-in-shop location, ensuring optimal customer service and sales performance.
2. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer engagement.
3. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal and product presentation.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability.
5. Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop action plans to drive business growth.
