1. Respond to inquiries regarding the pricing and availability of spare parts.
2. Assist the Customer Service Manager with sales order processing, including data entry, pricing verification, and invoicing.
3. Process purchase orders across various brand-specific programs.
4. Coordinate with the Accounts department concerning category codes.
