1. Oversee daily operations of the European Distribution Centre to ensure efficient and timely distribution of products.
2. Lead and mentor a team of distribution professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations across all distribution activities.
