Swatch Group Senior Legal Counsel - Digital Technologies and Privacy

- Provide legal counsel and support to the Group and its subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on matters related to digital technologies, internet presence, and e-commerce, including marketplaces, social media, and application development.
- Engage in data protection initiatives, particularly GDPR projects, and CRM projects for subsidiaries.
- Conduct contract reviews, analyses, drafting, and negotiations, offering legal resolutions and proposing solutions within economic and legal frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with subsidiaries across various departments, especially marketing, IT, and commercial sectors, and liaise with external legal counsel in Switzerland and internationally.
- Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a corporate setting or commercial law firm.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in data protection law, particularly GDPR.
- Proficiency in digital technology law.
- Fluency in French, German, and English, with the ability to handle legal texts and conduct negotiations in these languages.
