1. Provide legal advice and support to the Group and its subsidiaries in Switzerland and internationally on digital technology, internet presence, and e-commerce legal matters, including marketplaces, social media, and app development.
2. Address data protection issues, particularly GDPR compliance, and support CRM projects within subsidiaries.
3. Conduct contract drafting, analysis, negotiation, and establish legal solutions considering economic and legal frameworks.
4. Collaborate closely with various subsidiaries, especially marketing, IT, and commercial departments, and liaise with external legal counsel in Switzerland and abroad.

1. Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience in a corporate or commercial law firm setting.

1. Extensive knowledge and experience in data protection law, particularly GDPR.
2. Proficiency in digital technology law.
3. Fluency in French, German, and English, with the ability to handle legal texts and conduct negotiations in these languages.
4. Strong independent and team working skills with a sense of responsibility and commitment to quality service.

Several years of professional experience in a corporate or commercial law firm setting, with a focus on data protection and digital technologies.

Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
