Swatch Group Senior Legal Counsel

- Provide legal advice and support to the Group and its subsidiaries in Switzerland and internationally on digital technology, internet presence, and e-commerce legal matters, including marketplaces, social media, and app development.
- Address data protection issues, particularly GDPR compliance, and support CRM projects within subsidiaries.
- Conduct contract drafting, analysis, negotiation, and establish legal solutions considering economic and legal frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with various subsidiaries, especially marketing, IT, and commercial departments, and liaise with external legal counsel in Switzerland and abroad.
- Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a corporate or commercial law firm setting.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in data protection law, particularly GDPR.
- Proficiency in digital technology law.
- Fluency in French, German, and English, with the ability to handle legal texts and conduct negotiations in these languages.
- Strong independent and team working skills with a sense of responsibility and commitment to quality service.
Several years of professional experience in a corporate or commercial law firm setting, with a focus on data protection and digital technologies.
Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
