1. Advise and support the Group and its subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on legal matters related to digital technologies, internet presence, and e-commerce.
2. Engage in data protection projects, particularly GDPR, and CRM projects for subsidiaries.
3. Conduct contract reviews, analyses, drafting, and negotiations.
4. Resolve legal issues and propose solutions considering economic and legal frameworks.
5. Collaborate closely with subsidiaries, especially marketing, IT, and commercial departments.
6. Work with external lawyers in Switzerland and abroad.

1. Swiss bar exam or equivalent qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience in a company or commercial law firm.
3. In-depth knowledge and experience in data protection law, particularly GDPR, and digital technologies.

1. Fluency in French, German, and English, both spoken and written.
2. Ability to handle legal texts and conduct negotiations in multiple languages.
3. Independent and team-oriented work style.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality service.

Several years of professional experience in a company or commercial law firm, with expertise in data protection law and digital technologies.
