1. Lead brand protection and online intellectual property enforcement initiatives.
2. Develop and implement strategies to combat counterfeiting and unauthorized use of brand assets.
3. Provide legal guidance on intellectual property matters to internal stakeholders.

5. Manage external legal counsel and coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law, particularly in brand protection and online enforcement.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in managing complex legal projects and cross-functional collaboration.
4. Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on brand protection and online enforcement.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
