1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
2. Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
3. Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in legal research and drafting.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in brand protection and intellectual property law, preferably within the luxury goods or fashion industry.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
