2. Oversee online intellectual property enforcement strategies.

4. Provide expert legal advice on brand protection and IP enforcement matters.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures for brand protection.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
2. Admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
3. Extensive experience in brand protection and IP enforcement.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in legal research and drafting.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on brand protection and online IP enforcement.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
