1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
2. Admittance to the bar in relevant jurisdiction.
3. Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on brand protection and online enforcement.
