- Provide expert legal advice on digital technologies and privacy matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to digital and privacy issues.
- Ensure compliance with international privacy laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement legal strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate legal risks.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
- Admittance to the bar in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Extensive knowledge of digital technology and privacy law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and contract drafting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in legal counsel roles, with a focus on digital technologies and privacy.
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
