1. Lead and manage brand protection and online intellectual property enforcement strategies.
2. Provide expert legal advice on intellectual property matters to safeguard the company's assets.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor IP enforcement initiatives.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal partners and regulatory bodies.
5. Ensure compliance with international IP laws and regulations.
6. Conduct legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
3. Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law, particularly in brand protection and online enforcement.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in legal practice with a focus on intellectual property law, preferably within the luxury goods or fashion industry.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
