1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admission to the bar in a relevant jurisdiction.
3. Extensive experience in intellectual property law.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on brand protection and online IP enforcement.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
