1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
3. Extensive experience in brand protection and intellectual property law.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Fluency in English and French.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in legal counsel roles, with a focus on brand protection and intellectual property enforcement.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
