- Apply extensive legal knowledge in digital technologies and intellectual property law, particularly in IP litigation.
- Manage complex legal projects in multiple languages, developing creative solutions independently.
- Identify legal and economic interconnections, accurately assessing opportunities and risks.
- Conduct legal proceedings in collaboration with external attorneys both domestically and internationally.
- Swiss bar admission or equivalent qualification with strong expertise in intellectual property law.
- Several years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
- Proficiency in German, French, and English, with the ability to handle legal texts and conduct negotiations in these languages.
- Strong endurance, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude towards responsibilities.
- Interest in technical issues and eagerness to explore new subject areas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Several years of professional experience in a corporate environment or law firm, with a focus on intellectual property law.
Swiss bar admission or equivalent qualification.
