1. Advise and support domestic and international subsidiaries on legal matters related to brand protection and online IP enforcement.
2. Apply extensive legal knowledge in digital technologies and intellectual property law, particularly in IP litigation.
3. Manage complex legal projects in multiple languages, developing creative solutions independently.
4. Identify legal and economic interconnections, accurately assessing opportunities and risks.
5. Conduct legal proceedings in collaboration with external attorneys both domestically and internationally.

1. Swiss bar admission or equivalent qualification with strong expertise in intellectual property law.
2. Several years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm setting.

1. Proficiency in German, French, and English, with the ability to handle legal texts and conduct negotiations in these languages.
2. Strong endurance, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude towards responsibilities.
3. Interest in technical issues and eagerness to explore new subject areas.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Several years of professional experience in a corporate environment or law firm, with a focus on intellectual property law.

Swiss bar admission or equivalent qualification.
