1. Advise and assist subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on intellectual property rights protection.
2. Apply in-depth knowledge of digital technologies and intellectual property law, including IP litigation experience.
3. Manage complex legal projects in multiple languages and independently develop creative solution proposals.
4. Recognize legal and economic relationships, quickly assessing opportunities and risks.
5. Conduct proceedings with external attorneys in Switzerland and internationally as necessary.

1. Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification with strong knowledge of intellectual property law.
2. Several years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm setting providing commercial advice.

1. Proficiency in German, French, and English, both written and spoken, for legal texts and negotiations.
2. Perseverance, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude towards tasks.
3. Interest in technical matters and curiosity about new fields.
4. Ability to work autonomously and in teams, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality service.

Several years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm setting providing commercial advice.

Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
