1. Advise and support domestic and international subsidiaries on legal matters related to brand protection and online IP enforcement.
2. Apply in-depth legal knowledge in digital technologies and intellectual property law.

4. Develop creative legal solutions and assess legal and economic contexts.
5. Conduct legal proceedings in collaboration with external lawyers domestically and internationally.

1. Swiss bar admission or equivalent education preferred.
