1. Advise and assist subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on intellectual property rights protection.
2. Apply expertise in digital technologies and intellectual property law to combat counterfeiting and grey market activities.
3. Manage complex legal projects in multiple languages, developing creative solutions independently.
4. Recognize and evaluate legal and economic relationships, assessing risks and opportunities swiftly.
5. Conduct legal proceedings in collaboration with external attorneys in Switzerland and internationally.

1. Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
2. Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law.
3. Several years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm setting providing commercial legal advice.

1. Proficiency in German, French, and English, both written and spoken, for legal texts and negotiations.
2. Strong negotiation skills and a positive, perseverant attitude.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a sense of responsibility.
