1. Advise and assist subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on intellectual property rights protection.
2. Apply in-depth knowledge in digital technologies and intellectual property law, including IP litigation experience.
3. Manage complex legal projects in multiple languages and develop creative solution proposals.
4. Recognize legal and economic relationships and quickly assess opportunities and risks.
5. Conduct procedures in collaboration with external lawyers in Switzerland and abroad if necessary.

1. Swiss attorney's license or equivalent education.
2. Several years of professional experience in a company or law firm in commercial consulting.
