1. Advise and assist subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on intellectual property rights protection.
2. Apply in-depth knowledge of digital technologies and intellectual property law.
3. Manage complex legal projects in multiple languages and develop creative solutions.
4. Recognize legal and economic relationships and assess risks and opportunities quickly.
5. Conduct procedures in collaboration with external lawyers in Switzerland and abroad.

1. Swiss bar exam or equivalent qualification.
2. Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law.
3. Several years of professional experience in a company or law firm providing commercial advice.
