Swatch Group Senior Legal Counsel

- Advise and assist subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on intellectual property rights protection, including trademark, design, and copyright law.
- Combat counterfeiting and grey market activities, collaborating with associates across all hierarchical levels.
- Manage complex legal projects in multiple languages, developing creative solutions independently.
- Recognize legal and economic relationships, quickly assessing opportunities and risks.
- Conduct legal proceedings in collaboration with external lawyers in Switzerland and internationally.
- Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of intellectual property law.
- Proficiency in German, French, and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to handle legal texts and negotiations.
- Strong negotiation skills and perseverance.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of responsibility and commitment to quality service.
Several years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm setting, providing commercial legal advice.
Swiss bar admission or equivalent legal qualification.
