1. Advise and support domestic and international subsidiaries on legal matters related to brand protection and online IP enforcement.
2. Utilize in-depth legal knowledge in digital technologies and intellectual property law to manage IP litigation effectively.
3. Oversee complex legal projects in multiple languages, developing creative solutions independently.
4. Identify legal and economic connections, assessing opportunities and risks accurately.
5. Conduct legal proceedings in collaboration with external attorneys both domestically and internationally.

1. Swiss bar admission or equivalent qualification with strong expertise in intellectual property law.
2. Several years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm setting.

1. Proficiency in German, French, and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to handle legal texts and conduct negotiations in these languages.
2. Strong endurance, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude towards responsibilities.
3. Interest in technical issues and eagerness to explore and develop new areas of expertise.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Several years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm setting, with a focus on intellectual property law.

Swiss bar admission or equivalent qualification.
