1. Advise and support domestic and international subsidiaries on legal matters related to brand protection and online IP enforcement.
2. Apply in-depth legal knowledge in digital technologies and intellectual property law, particularly in IP litigation.
3. Manage complex projects from a legal perspective in multiple languages and develop creative solutions.
4. Identify legal and economic connections, assess opportunities and risks accurately.
5. Conduct legal proceedings in collaboration with external lawyers domestically and internationally.

1. Swiss bar admission or equivalent education preferred.
2. Extensive knowledge in intellectual property law.
3. Several years of professional experience in a company or law firm.
