Swatch Group Senior Integration Program Manager

- Plan the overall program roadmap and manage progress with the Department Head and other stakeholders.
- Manage risks and issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Coordinate integration projects and their interdependencies across various Swatch companies and external partners.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
- Oversee demand management and assist in sprint planning for the Integration Program using agile methodologies to achieve the program roadmap.
- Set up operational processes and coordinate handovers to different companies.
- Assist the department head and team in day-to-day coordination of activities and optimize team productivity.
- At least 10 years of program management experience in large-scale IT programs or over 25 years of experience as an IT project manager.
- Experience in managing SAP integration projects or SAP technical project management is advantageous.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM) and tools like JIRA, with familiarity in ServiceNow.
- Proven expertise in managing infrastructure, application, and data integration projects.
- Ability to work positively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
A minimum of 10 years in program management within large-scale IT programs, or over 25 years as an IT project manager.
Technically qualified in the Information Technology field, holding an IT degree or a Master’s degree.
