1. Plan the overall program roadmap and manage progress with department head and other stakeholders
2. Manage risks and issues, taking corrective measures
3. Coordinate integration projects and their interdependencies across Swatch Companies and external partners
4. Manage stakeholders’ communication and expectations
5. Conduct demand management and assist in sprint planning of the Integration Program in an agile manner
6. Set up operational processes and coordinate handover to different companies
7. Assist the department head and team in day-to-day coordination of activities and setup processes to optimize team productivity

1. At least 10 years of Program Management experience in large-scale IT Programs or over 25 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager
2. Experience in managing SAP Integration projects or SAP technical project management
3. Experience in agile methodology (SCRUM) with tools like JIRA and familiarity with ServiceNow
4. Proven expertise in managing infrastructure, application, and data integration projects
5. Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals
6. Good analytical skills and solution-oriented
7. Excellent communication skills

1. Fluent in English and French
2. German language skills are an asset

At least 10 years of Program Management experience in large-scale IT Programs or over 25 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager.

Technically qualified in the Information Technology field (IT degree or Master’s degree).
