1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the organization.
2. Provide expert guidance and support to management on HR-related issues and policies.
3. Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to ensure a harmonious workplace.
4. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
5. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
6. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
7. Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
8. Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers on effective leadership techniques.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and Dutch labor laws.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

5. Fluency in English and Dutch.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
