- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the organization.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management on HR-related issues and policies.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to ensure a harmonious workplace.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers on effective leadership techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Dutch labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
