1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

4. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
