Swatch Group Senior HR Business Partner

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the organization.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management on HR-related issues, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the Netherlands.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
