1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the organization.
2. Provide expert guidance and support to management on HR-related issues, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
3. Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the Netherlands.
5. Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
6. Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
3. In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
3. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR management.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
