1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
3. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
4. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
5. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
6. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a corporate setting.
3. In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
3. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
4. Proficiency in HRIS and common office software.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
