- Ensure compliance of datacenter infrastructures within the team.
- Collaborate with 1st and 2nd level support operations.
- Propose network and security solutions that meet corporate compliance standards.
- Secure datacenter network infrastructure and applications.
- Organize synchronization meetings.
- Select, test, and deploy appropriate software versions.
- Develop operational procedures and train the IT operations team.
- Provide technical and architectural expertise in troubleshooting.
- Manage supplier relationships, including licensing and support.
- Oversee service management, including billing and KPI descriptions.
- Innovate for continuous service improvement and implement new solutions.
- Execute 3rd level support and coordinate for assigned services and domains.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or ES degree in computer science or equivalent.
- ITIL certification or experience is advantageous.
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE certifications.
- Palo Alto and Fortinet certifications.
- Deep knowledge of datacenter technologies.
- Expertise in Cisco ACI datacenter.
- Proficiency in Fortinet and Palo Alto security firewalls.
- Experience with CISCO Nexus networking.
- Understanding of DWDM transmission technologies.
Extensive experience in datacenter network and security engineering, with a focus on compliance and innovation.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or ES degree in computer science or equivalent.
