1. Ensure compliance of datacenter infrastructures within the team.
2. Collaborate with 1st and 2nd level support operations.
3. Propose network and security solutions that meet corporate compliance standards.
4. Secure datacenter network infrastructure and applications.
5. Organize synchronization meetings.
6. Select, test, and deploy appropriate software versions.
7. Develop operational procedures and train the IT operations team.
8. Provide technical and architectural expertise in troubleshooting.
9. Manage supplier relationships, including licensing and support.
10. Oversee service management, including billing and KPI descriptions.
11. Innovate for continuous service improvement and implement new solutions.
12. Execute 3rd level support and coordinate for assigned services and domains.

1. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or ES degree in computer science or equivalent.
2. ITIL certification or experience is advantageous.
3. Cisco CCNP/CCIE certifications.
4. Palo Alto and Fortinet certifications.

1. Deep knowledge of datacenter technologies.
2. Expertise in Cisco ACI datacenter.
3. Proficiency in Fortinet and Palo Alto security firewalls.
4. Experience with CISCO Nexus networking.
5. Understanding of DWDM transmission technologies.

Extensive experience in datacenter network and security engineering, with a focus on compliance and innovation.

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or ES degree in computer science or equivalent.
