1. Oversee and drive sales performance across designated areas for the Rado brand.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence.
3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
4. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to enhance productivity and engagement.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
6. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
7. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
