1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional accounting certification such as CPA or equivalent.
3. Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
