1. Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Coordinate and complete annual audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
4. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis activities.
6. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
7. Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional accounting certification such as CPA or equivalent.
3. Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
