1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
3. Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within a multinational company.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior position.
